This fiber is directly from the three alpacas living on the Farmstead. They are shorn once per year in the spring. The fiber is NOT washed, carded, or skirted, and bagged into one pound bags for sale to you. FIRST CUTS are from the body and contain the longest fibers, suitable for spinning into yarn.
