    Easy Garlic Butter

Use this rich, savory and  buttery flavored spread on almost anything!  It's quick and easy and lasts for several days in the refridgerator. Keep it on hand for garlic bread, tossing with noodles, add to mashed or baked potatoes, rub on corn on the cob, slather it on a toasted bagel, try a dollop on top of a grilled steak and so much more.  Use this savory butter in place of plain butter any time you want a little extra flavor. It’s such an easy way to amp up the flavor in simple, everyday meals.

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh or dried parsley
    • 1/2 - 3/4 t garlic powder (based on your taste)
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.

Cream all ingredients together and return the mixture to the refrigerator for at least an hour so the flavors have time to mingle.

You can use fresh or dried chives in place of the parsley for a slightly different flavor.
